3. Service Agreements and Payment
Access to our satellite communication services requires a valid service agreement. Service fees are charged according to the deployment plan and coverage requirements you select. Contract terms, payment schedules, and refund policies are specified in individual service agreements.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of account and access credentials
- Using the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Not sharing access credentials with unauthorized personnel
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches
- Proper operation and maintenance of customer-premises equipment
- Ensuring authorized personnel are trained on system operation
5. Service Availability and Uptime
Siri Sounds is committed to providing reliable satellite communication services with industry-leading uptime targets. While we maintain redundant infrastructure and 24/7 monitoring, service may be temporarily affected by extreme weather conditions, satellite maintenance, or force majeure events. 6. Communication Services and Features
Siri Sounds reserves the right to modify, upgrade, or enhance communication features and network capabilities. We continuously improve our satellite infrastructure and may implement changes to optimize performance. Specific service features and capabilities are outlined in individual service agreements.
7. Privacy Policy
Your privacy and data security are critical to mission operations. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs data handling practices for our satellite communication services.
8. Limitation of Liability
Siri Sounds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, except as specifically outlined in individual service level agreements.
9. Service Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate service access in cases of non-payment, violation of terms, or threats to network security. Emergency services maintain priority access during network congestion or maintenance periods as specified in service agreements.
10. Emergency and Priority Services
Certain services are designated for emergency and mission-critical communications. Priority access, emergency support procedures, and response times are defined in specific emergency service agreements.
11. Compliance and Regulatory
Services must comply with applicable telecommunications regulations, export controls, and security requirements. Users are responsible for obtaining necessary approvals for international deployments.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes affecting service levels or pricing will be communicated with at least 30 days notice. Emergency security updates may be implemented immediately.
